Crèche General Policy & Rules of Entry

• This Creche is suitable for children aged 2 to 10 years (we do take 15 months at very quiet times - they must be steady on their feet, we have a strict policy on this).
• All parents/guardians must have an active mobile phone and remain in the Shopping Centre whilst you leave your child in our care.
• Only the person who signed your child into the Creche can sign them back out again. There are no exceptions to this rule whatsoever.
• Maximum stay for each child is two hours. A part thereof charge applies and is strictly adhered to staff have no authority to override this policy.
• It is our policy to always ring you once your child becomes upset.
• You must fill in and sign a docket on entry to the Creche. It is vital you tell us of any allergies, special needs or illness that your child may have.
• For operational and practical reasons we do not change nappies and will phone you should your child require a nappy change.
• It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to remove children's coats etc and put them back on again. All shoes, coats, buggies, etc. are left at owner's risk.
• We would ask that you have patience at busy times in particular. We do our best to accomodate everyone, so please have patience.
• The taking of photographs and videos of the creche area and / or children is strictly forbidden at all times. CCTV is in operation at all times for the protection of both children and staff. Please ask to speak to the Manager on duty if you have any further queries.
